"As Sanitas Spa & Wellness, to be assigned to the spa department of the 5* hotels we operate in Çırağan Palace Kempinski Istanbul/Beşiktaş Preferred Qualifications and Skills:• At least one year of experience in luxury hospitality environment preferred• Must be flexible with schedule - Able to work weekdays, weekends, holidays, evenings• Ability to multitask in a high volume and demanding environment.• Strong problem-solving skills, ability to handle difficult situations and guests.• Reading, writing and oral proficiency in the English language.• Outgoing personality and at ease with guests.Key Responsibilities :• Ensure all opening and closing shift checklists are complete. Update as needed.• Attend and assist in conducting weekly meetings. • Document all situations with staff and/or members. • Ensure the adherence to Spa Front Desk’s policies and procedures. • Observe and report unsafe conditions to management. • Adhere to all requirements for a spa receptionist. • Be on time for each scheduled shift. • Properly open and close spa each day according to Standard Operating Procedures. • Acknowledge and greet everyone who enters and leaves spa facilities.• Provide detailed descriptions of spa treatments, packages, services, facility features and hours of operation. • Utilize spa computers with skill and proficiency. • Answer the phone promptly and use the guest’s name throughout the phone conversation. • Actively promote the spa, treatments, services, sessions, and retail, as well as programs, promotions, and/or discounts available. • Maintain eye contact when addressing members and guests. • Handle member’s questions and concerns professionally and courteously.• Provide accurate, appropriate, and immediate responses to all requests by guests, ensuring complete guest satisfaction.• Maintain a clean, safe, fully stocked and well-organized work area. • Develop ability to work without constant direct supervision and remain at assigned post for extended periods of time.• Maintain a positive attitude and contribute toward a quality work environment. • Assist in all areas of spa operation as requested by management.• Communicate to management any and all occurrences involving staff or guests in the spa that require attention. • Perform other duties as assigned. • Accurately book, change and cancel spa appointments. "
